About the Role

We are looking for a creative, presentable and proactive Marketing & Content Executive to manage on-ground marketing, digital content and incoming inquiries.

The role involves understanding products, communicating them confidently, capturing them through photography and videography, creating engaging content, managing social media and converting inquiries into meaningful conversations.

The ideal candidate takes ownership, identifies opportunities and executes independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product, Site Marketing & Content

- Visit client sites, offices, factories, showrooms and project locations for marketing and content creation.
- Understand products, services, features and applications, and explain them clearly to customers, prospects and internal teams.
- Identify product, project and business stories suitable for content.
- Plan and execute in office marketing activities and shoots.

1. Photography, Videography & Editing

- Independently handle product, site and project photography.
- Shoot and edit videos for products, projects, people and brand activities, including Reels, Stories, YouTube and other platforms.
- Create talking-head videos, product explainers and behind-the-scenes content.
- Plan shots, framing, angles and basic creative direction while maintaining consistent visual quality.
- Use appropriate editing software and stay current with social media formats and trends.

1. Social Media Management

- Manage day-to-day social media activities for assigned brands.
- Publish Reels, Stories, photographs and other content consistently across relevant platforms.




- Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to comments, DMs and inquiries.
- Ensure genuine leads are properly addressed and followed up.

1. Lead & Inquiry Handling

- Respond to inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements, communicate relevant product or service information and call prospects when needed.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow up consistently and coordinate with sales or client teams for further action.

1. Digital Skills & Asset Management

- Confidently use computers, communication platforms, social media tools and content-creation software.
- Organise photographs, videos and other content assets systematically.
- Adapt quickly to current digital tools and technologies.

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional photography and/or videography experience.
- Practical experience shooting and editing short-form video and social media content.
- Good understanding of photography, videography, framing, lighting and composition.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels and other platform-specific content.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort using computers and digital platforms.
- Ability to independently execute shoots and content requirements.
