Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive based in Kadapa. You will be the face of MOMO IT TECHNOLOGIES in the local market—connecting with local businesses who need websites/software and engaging with engineering & degree college students looking for job-ready IT training and live project internships.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Client Acquisition (Software & Websites):
- Identify and visit local businesses in Kadapa (Hospitals, Clinics, Schools, Restaurants, Retail Stores, Travel Agencies, Real Estate, and Distributors).

•Pitch and demonstrate our Web Development, Custom Billing/POS Software, Mobile Apps, and WhatsApp Automation solutions.
- Generate qualified leads, schedule technical demos with our engineering team, and close deals.
- MOMO Academy & Campus Marketing:
- Build relationships with placement cells, HODs, and student communities across engineering and degree colleges in Kadapa & Rayalaseema.




- Organize and promote weekend free masterclasses, campus workshops, and career seminars.
- Counsel walk-in and WhatsApp student inquiries and convert them into batch enrollments (Selenium, Java, Full-Stack, Flutter, AI).
- Local Brand Promotion & Follow-ups:
- Manage daily lead pipelines via WhatsApp Business, phone calls, and CRM sheets.
- Represent MOMO IT TECHNOLOGIES with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements & Skills:
- Fluent in Telugu and English (strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills).
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, EdTech Counseling, IT Sales, or Local B2B Sales (Freshers with exceptional communication & hunger to grow are welcome!).
- Solid local knowledge of Kadapa city and surrounding areas (two-wheeler preferred for local client/campus visits).
- Self-motivated, ethical, and excited about technology and education.
