Role & responsibilities

- Plan and run a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and X.

- Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video) from concept to publish.

- Turn topics like pre-IPO investing, ESOP liquidity and company valuations into simple, scroll-stopping content.

- Write hooks, captions and post copy that are sharp, accurate and on-brand.

- Run outbound LinkedIn, Youtube, X and Instagram DM's for potential collaborations

- Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance.

- Keep testing new formats, trends and platform features, and scale the ones that deliver.

Must-Haves

- Social Media Content that you have produced, Applications without one will not be considered.

- Hands-on skill in Canva or Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or or Figma.

- Solid written English. You can write a hook that makes people stop scrolling.

- Discipline for repetitive outbound: personalizing messages, following up and tracking.

- Comfort with basic metrics and turning them into decisions.

Good to Have

- Interest in stock markets, startups or personal finance.

- Internship experience in social media, content or growth.
