Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales of traded products, developing the dealer network, maintaining customer relationships, controlling receivables, and supporting marketing activities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of traded products and achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new dealers and channel partners and strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
- Monitor dealer/customer outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Collect and share market feedback, competitor activities, pricing, and product information with management.
- Maintain daily activity reports covering customer visits, orders, collections, dealer development, and follow-ups.
- Plan and participate in product campaigns, promotional activities, dealer meets, and mechanic meets.




- Build good relationships with mechanics, dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer and dealer-related issues.
- Ensure proper product promotion, availability, and visibility in the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Degree
- 1–5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience, preferably in automotive, industrial, or traded products.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop new dealers and customers.
- Strong follow-up and collection skills.
- Valuable market knowledge and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
