Designation: Marketing Executive & Field Worker

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Outreach Coordinator / Hospital Management

Location: Field-based – Patna and surrounding districts, as assigned

1. Job Purpose The Marketing Executive & Field Worker will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting health awareness and cancer screening camps, community outreach activities and promotional initiatives on behalf of the Hospital/Organization. The role involves extensive field work, coordination with local communities and organizations, mobilization of patients/participants, and ensuring proper follow-up after camps.

1. Key Responsibilities

A. Health Camp & Community Outreach
- Identify suitable locations, villages, institutions, organizations and communities for conducting health and cancer screening camps.
- Coordinate with local representatives, NGOs, schools, colleges, Panchayats, community leaders and other stakeholders for organizing camps.
- Mobilize and motivate eligible participants to attend health awareness and screening camps.
- Conduct door-to-door and community-level awareness activities regarding cancer prevention, early detection and available treatment facilities.
- Assist in arranging logistics, venue, seating, registration desk, banners, publicity materials, medical equipment and other camp requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between medical teams, field staff, volunteers and local representatives during camps.
- Maintain discipline and proper flow of patients/participants during the camp.

B. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Promote the Hospital's medical services, specialties, diagnostic facilities and cancer treatment services in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, NGOs, corporate organizations and community groups.
- Generate awareness about cancer screening, early diagnosis and preventive healthcare.
- Distribute approved brochures, pamphlets, posters and other promotional materials.
- Support outdoor marketing activities, health awareness programmes, seminars and public events.
- Identify potential referral sources and communicate relevant information to the Marketing Department.

C. Patient Mobilization & Follow-Up
- Maintain records of individuals identified/referred during health camps.
- Coordinate with patients and attendants regarding further consultation,



investigations and treatment, as directed by the Hospital.
- Follow up with eligible patients after screening camps and assist them in connecting with the concerned Hospital department.
- Maintain proper records of referrals, consultations, investigations and follow-up status.
- Ensure that patient information is handled confidentially and only shared with authorized personnel.

D. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily field visit and activity reports.
- Prepare camp-wise reports including:
- Number of participants registered
- Number of persons screened
- Number of suspected/referred cases
- Number of patients advised for further consultation
- Follow-up status
- Submit photographs, attendance sheets, referral details and other required documentation after each camp.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, meetings, contacts and outreach activities.
- Submit weekly/monthly performance reports to the reporting authority.

E. Coordination & Administrative Duties
- Coordinate transportation and movement of medical teams/equipment wherever required.
- Ensure timely availability of camp materials and promotional items.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permissions for camps and community activities.
- Maintain proper utilization and accountability of materials provided for field activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

1. Field Work Requirements

The position involves extensive outdoor and field-based work, including:
- Travel to villages, semi-urban and rural areas.
- Participation in health camps, awareness programmes and screening drives.
- Meeting community representatives and local stakeholders.
- Visiting referral sources and potential outreach partners.
- Working on weekends/holidays when required for camps or special programmes.

1. Required Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and rural/community populations.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare/cancer awareness activities will be an advantage.




- Ability to coordinate camps and work with medical teams.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word/Excel and WhatsApp/email communication.
- Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain records.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Local language proficiency is preferred.

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

Qualification:

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with qualifications in Marketing, Social Work, Healthcare Management, Rural Development or related fields will be preferred.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, healthcare marketing, community outreach, NGO/CSR projects, health camps or similar activities preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and willingness to undertake extensive field work may also be considered.

1. Performance Parameters / KPIs

Performance may be evaluated based on:
- Number of health camps and outreach activities conducted.
- Number of participants mobilized for camps.
- Number of individuals screened.
- Number of suspected/referral cases generated.
- Follow-up and conversion of referred patients into consultations.
- Development of new community/referral contacts.
- Quality and accuracy of field reports.
- Regularity of field visits and assigned activities.
- Coordination and conduct of camps.
- Compliance with Hospital policies and reporting requirements.

1. Professional Conduct

The employee shall:
- Maintain professional and respectful conduct with patients, attendants, medical professionals, colleagues and community members.
- Follow all Hospital rules, policies and instructions issued by Management.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
- Not make unauthorized commitments regarding treatment, fees, discounts or medical outcomes.
- Use the Hospital/Organization's name, logo and promotional materials only for authorized purposes.
- Maintain proper records and submit all required reports within the prescribed timelines.

1. Other Duties

The employee shall perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities related to Marketing, Field Outreach, Health Camps, Community Awareness and Patient Mobilization as may be assigned by the Management from time to time. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
