Onboarding Analyst — Market Data Services Department Market Data Services — Managed Services Reports To Manager / Team Lead, Market Data Services Shift Timing 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (cab facility door to ddor) Overall Experience 4 – 6 years Employment Type Full time Designation Operation Analyst We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst to join our Market Data Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding client contracts onto C360, our internal contract and procurement platform, and acting as a key point of contact between Company and our clients on all contract-related approvals and updates. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every contract, approval, amendment, and supporting document is accurately captured in the tool— keeping client data clean, complete, and audit-ready.

Contract

Onboarding & Data Management Upload supporting documents — agreements, amendments, addendums, approval emails, order forms — to the appropriate client and vendor records on C360. Maintain data integrity across the platform by performing regular audits, identifying gaps, and reconciling discrepancies. Tag, categorize,



and structure contract information per Company's data standards and SOPs.

Meet with assigned clients on a regular cadence to communicate negotiated contract terms, vendor approvals, renewals, and any contract-related updates. Work closely with the Negotiations, Usage Management, and Invoice Reconciliation teams to ensure seamless contract handoffs and data continuity. Contribute to process improvement initiatives — identify recurring issues, suggest workflow enhancements, and help refine SOPs.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. ~4-6 Years of over experience with 2 – 4 years of experience in contract management, vendor onboarding, procurement operations, or a similar analyst role — ideally with exposure to financial or professional services clients. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Prior experience working with US or UK-based clients in a similar shift. Exposure to market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P;, FactSet) or contract lifecycle management tools.

Experience working with SOP-driven, QC-reviewed operational workflows.
