1. Mandatory Skills to be looked in candidate: Manhattan WMS application support, Cognos SCI, SQL, PowerShell and OS (Windows/Linux)
2. Work Location: Any location in India , If Noida (Thats good to look at)
3. Total Experience to be looked at: 7-10 years
4. Work type : Remote (Based on need might have to go to office)
5. Working Hours : 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM (US hours support)
6. Expected Start date: immediate - Max by 15th Oct (Earlier its better)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day operational support for Manhattan WMS (Warehouse Management System) applications, including incident resolution, service request fulfillment, root cause analysis, and user support to ensure application stability and business continuity.
- Deliver application support for Cognos SCI by troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, resolving user queries, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain service levels and system availability.
- Assist in the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of Manhattan WMS environments across Development, QA, and Production, ensuring adherence to deployment standards, infrastructure requirements, and release schedules.




- Support the planning, execution, validation, and post-deployment activities associated with weekly Cognos SCI releases across Development, QA, and Production environments, ensuring successful and seamless deployments.
- Participate in the development, testing, and optimization of automation scripts and tools to streamline WMS workplace builds, configuration management, and SDN installation processes, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- Perform system validation, environment health checks, and deployment verification activities to ensure application reliability, performance, and compliance with established operational procedures.
- Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and support teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support ongoing platform improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, build guides, and operational runbooks to support knowledge sharing and consistent service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation, operational efficiency, and enhanced application support capabilities.
