Role Description The Managing Partner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role oversees daily operations, including managing local real estate activities, supervising teams, and ensuring smooth execution of property transactions and client engagements.

The Managing

Partner is responsible for setting and implementing business strategies, driving growth, and maintaining high standards of service and compliance with local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial performance, building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and coordinating with the headquarters in Paris on strategic initiatives.



The role also involves leading business development efforts, mentoring staff, and representing the company in key negotiations and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in a real estate or related business setting.
- Proven ability in business strategy, operations management, and financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on trust-building and long-term partnerships.
- Understanding of real estate markets, local regulations, and property transaction processes, preferably within Ahmedabad or comparable urban markets.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions and manage risk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across cultures and time zones, and align local operations with international business objectives.
