- Extensive hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, distribution, and logistics.
- Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and troubleshooting skill..
- Experience with system integrations and mapping
- Experience in creating detailed functional specification documents and other system documentation.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Ability to drive Blue Yonder TM System optimization & improvements
. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
Provide front-line support to warehouse staff, troubleshoot functional and system issues, and assist with data setup for testing and production.
Analyze and demonstrate problem-solving skills to handle complex technical issues.
Lead support case engagement with Manhattan support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
