Role Overview

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to own testing for a CRM product, ensuring new features and existing workflows are reliable and release-ready. Strong hands-on manual testing and the ability to understand business workflows, user roles, permissions, and CRM processes are key.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on Manual QA experience.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience testing CRM or other workflow-heavy business applications.
- Positive understanding of business workflows, user roles, permissions, business rules, and data validation.
- Strong defect reporting and test documentation skills.
- CRM experience is preferred; experience with a specific CRM tool such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot is not mandatory.
- Experience in any domain is acceptable if you have tested complex, role-based, workflow-driven applications.
- Automation testing experience is a plus,



but robust manual testing is the priority.
- Immediate joiners required.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end testing across CRM modules, workflows, and different user roles.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, negative, and edge-case testing.
- Validate business rules, field validations, permissions, and data consistency.
- Test complete CRM workflows such as lead, customer, opportunity/deal, follow-up, approval, and related processes.
- Log and track defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, expected vs. actual behaviour, and supporting evidence.
- Coordinate with developers and verify bug fixes.
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test documentation.
- Communicate test coverage, open issues, and QA release readiness.
- Work closely with the development team to provide continuous QA coverage throughout the release cycle.
