1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, and outward of materials.
2. Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials (motors, blades, housings, etc.) and finished fans.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation (physical vs system).
4. Implement FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
5. Coordinate with production team to ensure timely availability of materials.
6. Plan and manage dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
7. Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, dispatch efficiency, and space utilization.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and company policies.
9. Supervise warehouse staff, including training, performance monitoring,
and discipline.
10. Handle documentation related to GRN, invoices, delivery challans, and stock transfers.
11. Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth dispatch operations.
12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
