Role & responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts & long-range financial planning for manufacturing operations.
- Drive P&L;, variance, cost, margin & profitability analysis.
- Partner with plant finance teams and manufacturing leadership to improve financial performance.
- Analyse manufacturing costs, material consumption, conversion costs and productivity trends.
- Identify cost-saving and profitability improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management dashboards, performance reports and KPI scorecards.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business simulations.
- Support make-or-buy, capex, investment, and expansion decisions.
- Leverage Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SAP/ERP and AI-enabled finance tools.
- Strengthen finance capabilities across multiple manufacturing locations.

Preferred candidate profile

5-8 years of experience in FP&A;, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Finance, Business Finance or Finance Analytics roles.





Solid exposure to manufacturing environments, preferably with experience supporting multiple factory locations.

Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, P&L; analysis and manufacturing cost analytics.

Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience in Power BI / Tableau and SAP or similar ERP systems.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication and presentation skills.

Experience in scenario modelling, data visualization and finance automation would be preferred.

Ability to challenge existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.

Experience in coaching and developing finance teams would be an added advantage.
