- Fluency in working with at least one or more of the following software tools: Encase, FTK, X-Ways, Relativity, Cellebrite, etc.
- Experience working in a fast-paced project environment under tight timelines and varying hours of work.
- As a digital forensic examiner, the primary focus will be performing computer and mobile forensic examinations for corporates/individuals.
- Using company procedure and other guidelines to ensure proper handling of examinations from point of receiving digital devices to completion of examinations.
- Preserve and acquire data from electronic data sources, including laptop, desktop, servers and mobile phones.
- Following all safety and privacy procedures when handling sensitive financial or personal information such as documents, videos, or pictures.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to clearly and articulately identify and define problems and develop creative solutions to address client needs.
- Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Robust writing skills, including the ability to develop detailed reports and executive summaries.
- Coordinate with other team members to provide digital forensic support in their investigations.
- Willingness to travel on short notice. Attend client sites to perform work (when and where required).
- Preferred candidate profile
- CA/ B.E/ B.Tech/ MBA with minimum 5 years of experience in risk advisory firm.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Apple, Linux), and Files systems, familiar with the hardware, and familiar with forensic imaging best practices.
- Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize items.
