DGM/GM - Construction (Solar Projects)

Location: Fatehgarh / Merta, Rajasthan

Experience: 14-20 Years

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the construction and execution of utility-scale solar power projects. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project execution from site mobilization to commissioning, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead utility-scale solar project construction and execution.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Supervise civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and site productivity.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commissioning, and stakeholder teams.
- Ensure adherence to HSE/EHS, statutory,



and quality compliance requirements.
- Manage project commissioning and successful handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 14-20 years of experience in Solar EPC/Renewable Energy Projects.
- Strong exposure to utility-scale solar power plant construction.
- Expertise in EPC project execution, contractor management, and site operations.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- BE/B.Tech in Engineering.
