1. To ensure Materialavailability in Stores and dispatch as per Min- Max Level.
2. To do RM/BOP/Consumable/ Sales planning monthly Procurement Planning.
3. To control andMinimise Inventory level in Stores.
4. To reviewdaily / weekly / monthly shortage of material in stores and dispatch and actaccordingly.
5. To coordinatewith Sales, Stores, Production and PPC department.
6. To Releasemonthly / Weekly / Daily procurement schedule to suppliers.
7. Daily materialshortage report to SCM head for further procurements.
8. To ensureproper Receipt and issue of all material (RM, BOP, FOC Job work etc)
9. To maintain Store, Purchase and Sales dept. as perIATF QMS requirement.
10. To support in implementation of TPM 5S activities
11. Any other task entrusted by your superior

To Make and release (after approval) PO to supplier.
13. To track material during transit for smoothavailability.
14. To do inventory analysis for variance, prepareaction plan for variance and present to management.
15. To ensure proper material accounting Reconciliation at supplier end
