Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the execution of high-value engineered-to-order (ETO) Non-API pump projects from order receipt to final delivery.

- Manage and guide a team of Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer specifications and applicable standards.

- Own project P&L;, monitor margins, cash flow, advances, collections, and drive profitability improvement.

- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customers to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.

- Review contracts, conduct project kick-off meetings, manage project risks, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

- Act as the primary customer interface during project execution, handling escalations, approvals, documentation, claims,



and commercial matters.

- Ensure timely submission and approval of technical, commercial, and manufacturing documents, including MRB, IRN, MDCC, and final documentation.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.

- Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, proactive follow-up, and successful project completion.

- Conduct periodic order reviews, team performance reviews, and ensure compliance with QMS, SAP processes, and organizational requirements.

- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
