- Handle financial consolidation and group reporting under Ind AS.
- Prepare standalone & consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS & Schedule III.
- Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations and multi-entity reporting.
- Lead month-end/year-end closing and statutory/Big 4 audits.
- Prepare MIS, variance analysis and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, CARO and IFC/ICFR.
- Lead finance team and drive process improvements.
Required Skills: Ind AS | Financial Consolidation | Group Reporting | SAP FICO | Advanced Excel | Statutory Audit | Intercompany Reconciliation
Preferred: Big 4 experience with manufacturing/electronics/automotive/consumer durables exposure.
