A Mumbai-based asset management and venture capital investment firm is hiring a hands-on HR qualified to run its internal HR function and support the talent needs of its portfolio companies.
Internal HR (70%)
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and the employee lifecycle
- Drive recruitment and hiring; partner with leadership on manpower planning
- Manage onboarding, engagement, HR policies and HRMS; maintain HR MIS and recruitment analytics
- Support performance management and employee relations
Portfolio company advisory (30%)
- Understand portfolio companies' manpower and talent requirements; identify gaps in structure and skills
- Advise founders on hiring priorities and workforce planning
- Assist with JDs, sourcing and hiring for critical positions; help build basic HR processes
- Share inputs on talent availability, compensation and hiring trends
Experience with startups, VC / PE or financial services is an advantage.
