We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Coding to lead and manage our multispecialty medical coding operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end multispecialty coding operations
- Manage and mentor large coding teams and leadership teams
- Drive productivity, quality, accuracy, TAT & SLA performance
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS & HCC guidelines
- Drive quality improvement and operational excellence
- Manage client relationships, escalations & business requirements
- Prepare and review operational MIS, dashboards & performance metrics
- Support process transitions, new implementations & business ramp-ups
Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in Medical Coding / Healthcare RCM
- Strong multispecialty coding experience
- Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role
- Excellent team management & client management skills
- Robust knowledge of coding quality, compliance & operations
- CPC / CCS or equivalent certification preferred
