A tech-enabled NBFC and financial platform focused on MSME credit, receivables financing and supply chain finance is hiring to drive client acquisition among funded startups and emerging corporates.

Key responsibilities

- Build a pipeline of funded startups across own-book lending and a debt capital markets platform with 50+ lender partners

- Acquire and onboard current-age businesses; engage founders and CFOs to understand financing needs

- Structure and originate SCF programmes - vendor financing, dealer financing and invoice discounting - that drive recurring utilisation

- Structure and negotiate deals in line with internal credit and lender frameworks

- Build relationships and referral partnerships across the VC, PE and CA ecosystem

- Work with credit, operations and lender teams for seamless execution

Must have: strong knowledge of working capital and SCF products, credit evaluation, NBFC lending frameworks and a record of deal closure.
