- Manage EMS-related finance activities and transactions.
- Review and process employee claims and reimbursements.
- Manage vendor invoice verification and payments.
- Ensure timely reconciliation and settlement of outstanding items.
- Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Operations, and vendors for payment-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and audit requirements.
- Prepare MIS and reports related to claims, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
