Qualification: MBA / Graduate in Business Packaging Technology Printing Technology
Experienced Required: 05-07 years

- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, costing and estimation.
- Strong sales, business development and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP and CRM.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of sales targets, OTIF delivery and customer retention.
- Current client acquisition and key account management.
- Knowledge of gross margin, wastage control and DSO.
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Packaging Sales & Operations, preferably in Corrugated, Mono Carton or Flexible Packaging.
- Experience in freight forwarding, including handling of DG goods, packing and documentation as per ICAO and IMDG requirements, as specified in the requisition form.
