- Lead and manage quantity surveying, billing, estimation, and cost control activities for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Review and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, RA Bills, Final Bills, and contractor measurements for Civil and MEP works.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, budget forecasts, and cost comparison statements for project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, material consumption, reconciliation statements, and overall cost performance.
- Evaluate variations, extra items, deviation statements, and contractual claims as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Execution, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Contracts teams for commercial and billing activities.
- Review work orders, contract documents, amendments,



and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor contractor billing progress, payment certifications, and commercial closures.
- Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and commercial dashboards for management review.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, value engineering, and commercial risk mitigation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of billing records, contract documents, and audit-related documentation.
- Lead and mentor QS engineers and billing teams while ensuring timely project billing and commercial controls.
