Role Description The Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Habibpur. The Manager oversees day-to-day shop operations, including inventory management, stock verification, and ensuring timely availability of essential commodities.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer queues, addressing customer inquiries or concerns, and ensuring that all transactions comply with public distribution rules and regulations. The Manager maintains accurate documentation, prepares daily and periodic reports,



and coordinates with local authorities and suppliers for stock allocation and delivery. The role also involves implementing basic financial controls, monitoring cash handling, and promoting a fair, transparent, and safe environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage retail operations, including inventory control, stock audits, and record-keeping.
- Strong customer service skills with the capacity to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate clearly with diverse community members.
- Basic financial and administrative skills, such as cash handling, reconciliation, and report preparation.
