mthree is seeking a Portfolio Manager Officer to join the Programme /Workstream team at a top-tier multinational investment bank. Portfolio Manager Officer Location: Pune (Hybrid 3 days in office) Ø Portfolio financial management Run regular portfolio cost governance (approvals, tolerance checks, audit-ready documentation). Support business cases / investment requests with robust cost estimates and scenarios. Produce executive reporting and insights on funding status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

Partner with Project/Programme Managers, Finance, PMO and senior stakeholders to align funding with delivery milestones and priorities. Coordinate key governance and assurance activities, including risk and control reporting (regulatory and internal), gap analysis, compliance assurance, thematic reviews, internal audits, third-party engagement management, data management and tax compliance.

Communication - managing effective communication with CIOs, operations managers, workforce leads,



and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on workforce optimisation plans. Monitor the implementation of plans and ensure effective change control processes are maintained as necessary to meet objectives. Work within Agile delivery; Partner with IT COO, workstream, product to improve data quality, observability, and pipeline stability. raise the overall quality bar across the squad.

Required skills &

experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Proven 5+ years' experience in regional or functional financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and people management processes for Technology essential Numerically literate, with ability to distil complex and varied data into meaningful information. Strong stakeholder management and communication in English; Positive process analysis and problem-solving skills, ability to identify process improvements Strong Excel/financial modelling; Power BI) and PPM tooling (e.g., Pioneer/Looker/Clarity/JIRA) preferred.
