Project Manager (PMO) Fraud Risk & Financial Crime Transformation

Role Overview

Responsible for driving project governance, planning, stakeholder management, resource coordination, and delivery oversight for Financial Crime Compliance Technology transformation engagements. The role will ensure timely delivery, effective risk management, and seamless coordination across business, technology, analytics, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end to end project governance, planning, execution tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
- Coordinate with business, compliance, risk, technology, analytics, and vendor teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; drive issue resolution and escalations.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder workshops.
- Support BRD/FRD tracking, UAT coordination, implementation readiness,



and change management activities.
- Prepare management reports, project health assessments, and leadership updates.
- Support proposal development, project mobilization, and PMO best practices across engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-12 years of experience in PMO, project management, consulting, or banking transformation programs.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fraud Risk, AML/FCC, Regulatory Compliance, or Analytics initiatives.
- Solid project management, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- MBA / Equivalent
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
