Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven and experienced in generating quality leads and improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and test different ad copies, keywords, audiences, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.
- Stay updated with Google Ads features, bidding strategies, policies, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the content, design, SEO,



and development teams for campaign requirements.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC / Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max.
- Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Valuable understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills
- Google Ads certification will be an advantage.
- Experience with lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and other paid advertising platforms.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
