Job Title: Manager, Performance Evaluation & Business Assurance

Location: Hyderabad. Reports directly to the Managing Director, with a functional line to the Country Head, India.

Roles and responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the KPIs set by management across all branches, covering compliance, operations, sales and project profitability.

Develop the required KPIs, depending on the nature of operations.

Assess whether branch and departmental performance is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Identify the source of issues and variances, and establish the reasons based on evidence.

Discuss findings with the departments and sales teams concerned, and agree corrective actions.

Report findings and recommendations to the Managing Director weekly, monthly and quarterly, as required.

Follow up on agreed actions and escalate unresolved matters.

Build and lead the evaluation team as the office expands.

Travel to the company's other branches as it expands,



approximately 10% to 20% of working time, based on requirement.

Qualification and experience (preferred)

Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; CMA or MBA Finance with a strong audit background will also be considered.

CIA or CISA is an added advantage.

5–8 years of post-qualification experience, with internal audit or risk advisory exposure.

Logistics, freight forwarding or trading experience is preferred.

Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
