Job Title: Manager - Oracle HCM Functional Support & HR Technology

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Oracle HCM Functional Support & HR Technology to lead the functional support, administration, optimization, and continuous enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The role will act as the primary liaison between HR, business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure efficient utilization of Oracle HCM modules and HR technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Oracle HCM functional processes, system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, stakeholder management, and HR technology transformation initiatives. This position primarily focuses on HR systems and technology enablement, rather than HR operations execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Functional Support

- Provide functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules and related HR applications.
- Manage and resolve system incidents, service requests, and production support issues.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure Oracle HCM workflows, approval hierarchies, alerts, notifications, and business rules.
- Support quarterly Oracle releases, regression testing, and change impact assessments.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.

HR Technology & Digital Transformation

- Drive HR technology initiatives and process automation programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee and manager experience through technology.
- Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement HR digital transformation initiatives.




- Recommend best practices for Oracle HCM utilization and system optimization.
- Evaluate and support implementation of new HR technology solutions.

Business Requirement Gathering

- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and IT teams.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and process flows.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.

Testing & Release Management

- Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and validation reports.
- Coordinate quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing and deployment activities.
- Validate new functionalities and recommend adoption plans.

Reporting & Analytics

- Support HR reporting and workforce analytics requirements.
- Develop and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to build meaningful HR metrics and insights.

Integration & Interface Coordination

- Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party applications.
- Coordinate with technical teams for interface troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Monitor integration failures and drive timely resolution.
- Participate in data migration and system upgrade activities.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Manage Oracle support partners and implementation vendors.
- Track incidents, enhancement requests, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct governance meetings and review vendor performance.
- Build strong relationships with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders.

Governance, Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain SOPs, process maps, configuration documents,



and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure compliance with audit, security, and data privacy requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance standards.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred.

Experience

- 8 to 12 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional support experience.
- Experience supporting global HR systems and HR Shared Services environments.
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
