Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

2. Coordinate with OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency, Billing and Nursing departments.

3. Monitor patient journey from registration to discharge and improve service efficiency.

4. Handle patient concerns, feedback and ensure better patient satisfaction.

5. Coordinate with support services including housekeeping, security, maintenance and facility teams.

6. Monitor manpower utilization, duty allocation and departmental productivity.

7. Prepare operational reports, MIS and performance updates for management review.

8. Ensure implementation of hospital SOPs, policies, NABH and quality standards.

9. Identify operational issues and implement corrective and improvement measures.

10. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management Reporting Manager from time to time.
