Role & responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of supply chain planning and automation solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales) to understand business requirements and design appropriate solutions
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including design, testing (UAT), and system rollout
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise systems
- Drive automation across key supply chain processes such as demand planning, S&OP;, supply planning, and inventory management
- Enable data-driven decision-making through scenario analysis and insights
- Manage vendors and implementation partners, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Monitor system performance, user adoption, and drive continuous improvements
- Ensure adherence to governance, approvals, and compliance requirements within systems
- Track project budgets, licenses, and vendor-related activities
- Implement and enhance Demand Forecasting, S&OP;, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization systems
- Automate planning processes across procurement, manufacturing, and distribution
- Identify process gaps and drive digital initiatives across operations .




- Enable data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics capabilities Manage stakeholder communication and ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and drive improvements
- Ensure effective master data governance and data quality
- Provide training, documentation, and user adoption support
- Undertake additional automation and transformation projects as required
- Manage existing systems deployed for automation of operations

Preferred candidate profile 1- Minimum 5- 8 years of experience in Supply Chain / Planning / Automation roles

1. Robust knowledge of Demand Planning, S&OP;, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization
2. Experience in APS tools (o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, etc.)
3. Experience in SAP ECC / S4HANA integration
4. Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
5. Exposure to FMCG / Food industry supply chain
6. Experience in AI/ML-driven planning or optimization solutions
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Strong Functional knowledge on SAP MM & PP (Material Requimrement Planning)
