- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day or night shift workflows across the Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD), Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and support services.
- Patient Flow &
- Bed Allocation
: Monitor real-time bed occupancy, admissions, discharges, and patient transfers to optimize capacity management.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as the central communication link between nursing, housekeeping, security, maintenance, pharmacy, billing, and clinical teams.
- Grievance Handling &
- Escalations
: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving urgent patient or family complaints and executing service recovery protocols.
- Incident &
- Emergency Response
: Act as the initial incident commander during emergencies (such as facility failures,
security threats, or mass casualties) until senior management arrives.
- Staffing &
- Resource Oversight
: Address immediate staffing gaps caused by absenteeism and ensure the facility has adequate non-clinical resources.
