This is much more than a routine accounting role — it is an opportunity to play a key role in building the finance function as the business scales. What you will do:• Manage day-to-day finance & accounting controls• Strong hands-on work on Tally• Maintain & consolidate data using Google Sheets / Excel• Prepare MIS, cash flows, budgets & forecasts• Monitor receivables,
payables & working capital• Ensure timely vendor payments after proper verification and approvals• Develop and strengthen financial processes & controls• Work closely with CFO & management on financial analysis and business requirements We are looking for someone who:✅ Is excellent with Tally & Google Sheets/Excel✅ Has strong accounting & financial control knowledge✅ Can analyse and consolidate data meaningfully✅ Understands cash-flow & working-capital management✅ Is detail-oriented, proactive and hands-on✅ Can work independently in a fast-growing environment Working knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax will be an advantage.
