- Collaborate with the design team to innovate kitchen layouts, storage solutions, and ergonomic features to improve usability.

- Support the creation of prototypes for new products, ensuring they are practical, functional, and meet quality standards.

2. Market &

- Trend Analysis:

- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Assist in conducting customer surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather feedback on current products and potential improvements.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and translate them into product development strategies.

3.

Process

Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to enhance the manufacturing process by researching new machinery, technology, or techniques.

- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

- Collaborate with production teams to refine processes, improving speed, reducing defects, and maintaining consistent product quality.

- Work with the quality control team to ensure that new products and materials meet the required standards before full-scale production.

4. Collaboration with Design &

- Production:

- Work closely with the design team to ensure that new product ideas are feasible from a production standpoint and can be manufactured efficiently.

- Assist in coordinating with production managers to ensure new product designs can be integrated smoothly into the existing production lines.

- Help design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen modules that can be customized to suit customer needs while maintaining production efficiency.

Material

Research &

- Testing:





- Conduct research into new materials, including eco-friendly and sustainable options, to improve the performance and environmental impact of the company's products.

- Work with suppliers to source innovative materials, hardware, and finishes for modular kitchen components.

- Oversee the testing of new materials to ensure durability, safety, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Assist in negotiating with suppliers to procure new materials at the best possible cost without compromising quality.

6. Cost Management &

- Efficiency:

- Assist in the analysis of production costs for new products and processes, ensuring that R&D; initiatives contribute to cost reduction without sacrificing quality.

- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets for new product development and R&D; projects.

- Help monitor the financial impact of R&D; activities on overall production costs and profitability.

- Identify ways to use innovative materials or processes to reduce production costs while maintaining or improving product quality.

7.

Quality

Assurance &

- Compliance:

- Ensure that all new products and processes comply with relevant industry standards and certifications (such as ISO, EHS, or other regional requirements).

- Assist in implementing quality control checks for new designs, materials, and processes to ensure consistent product performance.

- Work with the legal and compliance teams to ensure that new innovations meet safety and regulatory requirements.

8. Sustainability &

- Eco-Innovation:

- Research and develop sustainable, eco-friendly solutions for modular kitchen designs, including the use of recyclable materials and energy-efficient appliances.





- Assist in creating product lines that minimize environmental impact, from production to installation and end-of-life disposal.

- Work on initiatives that align the company’s product offerings with environmental sustainability goals, such as reducing carbon footprints and waste.

9.

Technology

Integration:

- Explore opportunities to incorporate smart technologies, such as IoT (Internet of Things), into modular kitchen designs.

- Collaborate with technology partners to develop and integrate smart appliances, lighting, and control systems into kitchen modules.

- Stay updated on the latest innovations in kitchen automation and work on ways to integrate these technologies into the company’s product line.

10. Documentation &

- Reporting:

- Maintain detailed documentation of R&D; projects, including project goals, research findings, prototype developments, and test results.

- Assist in preparing reports on the progress of R&D; projects for senior management review.

- Keep a record of all new innovations, including patent filings or other intellectual property protections.

11. Training &

- Development:

- Provide training to the production and design teams on new products, materials, and processes developed through R&D.;

- Assist in the continuous development of the R&D; team, ensuring team members are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Organize workshops or seminars on innovation, sustainability, and the integration of technology in modular kitchen design.

12. Client &

- Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate with clients to understand their feedback on recent products and identify areas for improvement or further development.

- Present new product ideas, prototypes, and innovations to senior management and stakeholders to secure approval for development.

- Assist in preparing technical presentations or product demonstrations for customers or internal teams to showcase new innovations.
