Maxx Cinema is looking for a responsible, organised, and hands-on Cinema Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cinema.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the cinema from opening to closing.
- Manage and monitor movie screenings and projection operations, ensuring films run on schedule and without disruption.
- Check upcoming and scheduled movies, timings, and screening arrangements.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 6 associates, ensuring smooth operations and effective staff performance.
- Manage the café operations, particularly during busy hours, ensuring valuable service and efficient workflow.
- Handle customer queries and operational issues professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, service standards, and overall cinema presentation are maintained.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the day.
- Take responsibility for resolving operational issues and supporting the team when required.





- Working Hours? 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM The manager will oversee operations throughout the cinema's opening hours, with working arrangements to be discussed based on operational requirements. What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, café, entertainment, or team management is preferred.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities during busy periods.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to lead and support a team effectively.
