Infinity Resorts is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Professional to join our team!

Base Location: Gurgaon

Market: Pan-India

Primary Focus: Business Development for Madhya Pradesh

Salary: Around ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue.

While the role will cover business development across India, the selected candidate will have a special focus on generating business for Infinity Resorts' properties in Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new corporate, travel trade and leisure business across India
- Build strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, event companies and wedding planners
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed business
- Promote Infinity Resorts and its destinations to prospective clients
- Develop the Madhya Pradesh market and identify new revenue opportunities
- Generate business through corporate groups, MICE, weddings, events, leisure travel and others
- Conduct client meetings,



sales calls and presentations
- Participate in travel trade events, exhibitions and promotional activities
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business updates
- Coordinate with resort teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business

Who Are We Looking For?

Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development

Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality, travel or tourism preferred

Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to generate and convert business

Existing contacts within the corporate/travel trade sector will be an advantage

Willingness to travel across India, particularly Madhya Pradesh

Self-driven, proactive and target-oriented
