Why This Role Matters

US class action litigation generates some of the largest settlements in the world, and every settlement needs precise, compliant and fully accountable administration. Class members must be notified, claims captured and validated, and every step documented for courts, counsel and regulators.

Our client is building a Hyderabadbased Legal Administration team to support its US class action practice. As Manager, you will be at the centre of this delivery: running the digital, data and communication processes that move a settlement from notice to claim.

What You Will Do

- Settlement communications: Manage digital content and communications across settlement websites, online claim forms and class member channels.
- Stakeholder coordination: Keep communication clear and consistent with US engagement teams, vendors, counsel, clients and class members.
- Project planning: Gather requirements, build project documentation and track milestones against courtdriven and client timelines.
- Claims and data analysis: Carry out data analysis on class member and claims data, with a strong eye for accuracy and anomalies.
- Content development: Help conceptualise and develop new and existing notice and claims content.




- Engagement oversight: Supervise the work of Staff and Intern Consultants, and review work products for quality.
- Quality and confidentiality: Follow strict quality control, confidentiality and data protection standards, as legal administration demands.
- Documentation: Keep auditready records of procedures, findings and client correspondence.
- Delivery: Complete work on time and within budget. Work periodic overtime or weekends when settlement deadlines require it.

What You Bring

- A Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business, Law, Information Systems, Data or Computer Science, Marketing or Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years in legal administration consulting, class action or claims administration, or legal project management. Direct US class action exposure is a robust advantage.
- Strong project management skills, handling multiple engagements with close attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for USfacing stakeholders.
- Advanced MS Excel, with strong Word and Outlook skills.
- Sharp critical thinking and the ability to pick up new workflows and systems quickly.
- The discretion and professionalism expected where confidentiality is nonnegotiable.
- PMP or a related project management credential is preferred.
