nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Asset Allocation specialist, AUM Garnering Manager responsible for driving business growth through marketing, selling, and advisory across a comprehensive suite of in-house and third-party investment products. The role requires strong relationship management skills, deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to deliver tailored investment solutions to clients.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients to understand their financial goals and investment needs
n
- Market, advise, and distribute a wide range of investment products including:
n
- In-house investment solutions
n
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Global PMS
n
- Fixed Income Products
n
- Private Market / Pre-IPO / Structured Deals
n
- Drive revenue generation through cross-selling and upselling of investment products
n
- Provide strategic investment advice aligned with client risk profile and market outlook
n
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through networking and referrals
n
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and product offerings
n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions
n
- Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and client servicing.

nKey Requirements:
n
n
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
n
- 1–8 years of experience in Asset management, private banking, or financial advisory
n
- Solid understanding of capital markets and investment products (PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Global Investments, etc.)
n
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong analytical and advisory capabilities
n
