About The Role We are looking for an experienced Manager - Human Resources to manage plant-level HR operations at Naidupeta. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll support, statutory compliance, HR administration, and workforce management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in plant HR / industrial HR , excellent employee-handling skills, and a sound understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant staff, workers, and other manpower requirements.
- Handle candidate screening, selection coordination, joining formalities, induction, and onboarding.
- Coordinate contractor manpower requirements and documentation.

Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Manage biometric attendance, leave records, and workforce data.
- Provide inputs and support for monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labour laws, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain required HR and statutory documentation.

HR Administration & Operations




- Manage day-to-day plant HR operations and employee records.
- Maintain personnel files, employee documentation, ID cards, and related HR records.
- Coordinate with contractors and local labour authorities when required.
- Implement corporate HR policies and processes at the plant level.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Drive employee engagement and workforce communication initiatives.
- Coordinate with corporate HR for policy implementation and employee-related matters.

Must-Have Requirements
- MBA in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Relations is mandatory.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Solid experience in Plant HR / Industrial HR.

- Grievance Handling

- HR Administration
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Candidate must be willing to relocate to Naidupeta.
- Candidates should demonstrate job stability, with a minimum of 2 years in an organisation in their recent career history.
