We are looking for an experienced Manager – Hospital Operations to drive operational excellence, patient experience, quality and service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Front Office, Support Services and Facilities.
- Drive patient flow, resource utilisation, turnaround times and operational productivity.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Drive KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, JCI and other applicable standards.
- Lead patient safety, grievance redressal and patient-experience initiatives.
- Manage support services, vendors, facilities and service contracts.
- Monitor operational dashboards, patient volumes,
utilisation, costs and performance metrics.
- Lead and develop operational teams.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8+ years of progressive hospital operations experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar managerial role; 200+ bedded hospital experience preferred.
- MHA/MBA in Hospital or Healthcare Management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality, patient flow and service excellence.
- Exposure to NABH/NABL/JCI, audits and regulatory compliance.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
