The candidate will be responsible for Liaoning with branches for filling Police Complaints, Updating the Fraudster list, Updating the fraud cases in FIS-EFRM Portal, Fraud to be marked in system, Maintaining all the fraud related documents, coordinating with respective Department for lodging the insurance, Updating CIMS Portal of FMR -3, Filling FMR -4 every quarter on CIMS Portal.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting Preparation for FRC & SCBMF Meeting:
- Preparing Attendance Sheet
- Preparation of Agenda
- Collecting all notes of different verticals which are to be placed in meeting.
- Uploading the same in Board Pac for members of the respective committee
- Creating the online meetings and sending the invite.
- FRC Notes to be mailed to members other than Board Pac
Post FRC and SCBMF Meeting:
- Preparation of Decision Sheet
- Signed copy of Note and Decision sheet Scanning to be done.
- ATR File Updation.
- ATR to be sent to the respective departments / branch for further action
- Follow up for closure of ATR Points and placing the pending ATR position in every FRC meeting.
MIS Reporting and Compliance:
- Preparing relevant data / MIS as required by Compliance Department / Internal and External Auditor.
- Submitting Compliance for various points received from Compliance Department
- Maintaining MIS of entire FRM Data.
- Preparing Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Notes (Collecting information from all Zones and Branches) for placing the same before Board and various Committees.
- Monthly reporting fraud details to Risk Management Department (KRI External Fraud losses (% of operating profit))
- Circulating the modus operandi of fraud cases to all branches on quarterly basis.
- Reporting of fraud cases to FIU-IND on monthly basis and to IBA on quarterly basis
- Monthly reporting to RBI
- Preparation of minutes of each meetings and placing the same in Committee and in Board meetings for approval
- Compliance of ATR points received from other Committee meetings
- Sample checking of large value transactions of Treasury Department.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, financial analysis, or investigations, preferably within the banking, NBFC industry.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
- In Depth Industry Knowledge of anti-fraud regulations, financial crime prevention, and compliance standards.
- Ethical Standards: Solid ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely.
