Job Title: MANAGER FINANCE CONTROLLERSHIP (European Accounting)

DESIRED SKILL:

Primary

- Responsibility for statutory compliance, VAT filings, management reporting (MIS), and other financial deliverables.
- Solid client relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and business partnering experience.
- Good understanding of client business processes and operational controls.
- Responsible for team development, mentoring, and retention.
- Technical review of financial statements, reconciliations, management reports, and audit schedules.
- Well-versed in IFRS, European accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and key control gaps within client operations.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to drive efficiency and process enhancement initiatives.




- Identify and resolve accounting, compliance, and reporting issues.

• Support billing, collections, and recovery activities. Preferred Experience for 1 Manager (CA)

- The team will be responsible for managing accounting and finance operations across 10 European countries and 1 Australian country.
- Candidates should possess strong English communication skills, as they will be regularly interacting and coordinating with international stakeholders and European counterparts.
- International accounting experience, preferably across European markets, is mandatory.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred. Candidates without D365 exposure may be considered, as relevant training will be provided post joining.
