Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site QS and Tendering role based in Chennai. The responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, preparing tender documents, and managing contract administration. The role will involve liaising with stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with budgetary controls. The candidate will also be expected to perform cost control, analyze market trends, and review project forecasts to maintain costs within financial plans.

Experience:



Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.

10–15+ years of experience in Tendering/Estimation within the EPC/Construction industry. • Working experience in Buildings, Hotels/Resorts, and/or Jetty projects is preferred.

- Proficiency in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Tender Preparation.
- Strong Contract Management, Budgeting, and Negotiation skills.
- Experience with Project Management tools and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for precise planning and coordination.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with market analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction projects, especially in road construction, marine engineering, or water infrastructure, is an advantage.
- Experience with tenders in India or similar regional contexts is preferred.
