Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned capital projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while meeting customer and business requirements.
- Provide leadership for planning, development, and tracking of the annual capital spending plan for the assigned site.
- Integrate cost reduction initiatives and best project management practices into all capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with Global Engineering standards, policies, procedures, and FDA regulations for facility, process, and equipment design.
- Provide engineering input into long-range planning for key products, processes, and manufacturing initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps within the project management team and develop recruitment or training plans to address them.
- Collaborate with procurement on capital equipment orders, including techno-commercial bid analysis and recommendations.




- Manage Capex cash flow, monitor spending and forecasts, and prepare monthly reporting, annual operating plans, and long-range capital project plans.
- Finalize Capital Expenditure Requests (CER) and obtain Global approvals for project execution.
- Implement and enforce all safety guidelines and EHS compliance requirements across the department and contractor operations, including HR compliance.
- Ensure local and global EHS KPIs are met and conduct Safety GEMBA walks.
- Maintain Emergency Response Team (ERT) and first aid readiness, participate in risk assessments, and implement recommendations.

Qualifications Experience Required: Minimum 12 Years in Pharma API Key Skills: Good understanding of Project procedures, Understanding of GMP.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical)
