Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager –

- Sponsorships &
- Associations to develop and manage strategic sponsorship opportunities, institutional associations, corporate partnerships, and external collaborations. The role will focus on building robust relationships with corporates, industry bodies, associations, brands, and other stakeholders to support institutional growth, events, student initiatives, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- - Identify and develop sponsorship opportunities for institutional events, programs, initiatives, and activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, industry associations, brands, and external stakeholders.
- Develop sponsorship proposals, partnership decks, commercial packages, and presentations.
- Approach potential sponsors and conduct meetings to understand their business objectives and partnership requirements.
- Negotiate sponsorship terms, deliverables, commercials, and agreements in coordination with management.
- Manage end-to-end execution of sponsorship commitments and ensure timely delivery of agreed benefits.
- Identify opportunities for strategic associations, memberships, collaborations, and institutional partnerships.




- Coordinate with internal departments to execute branding, promotional, networking, and engagement activities for sponsors and partners.
- Maintain a database of sponsors, partners, associations, prospects, and key contacts.
- Track sponsorship pipelines, revenue targets, proposals, conversions, and partnership status.
- Explore opportunities for industry events, conferences, summits, awards, CSR initiatives, and networking platforms.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry forums, association meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sponsorship and association activities.
- Ensure professional relationship management and long-term engagement with existing sponsors and partners.

Qualifications

- - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional certification in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Corporate Relations, or Event Management is preferred.

Experience

- - 1–6 years of experience in sponsorships, business development, corporate relations, partnerships, sales, event management, or a related field.
- Experience in managing corporate partnerships, sponsorship acquisition, or institutional associations will be an advantage.
