Summary

The role is responsible for driving digital transformation across the sales and pre-sales value chain of the EV Commercial Vehicle business, by identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing technology solutions (CRM, mobile applications, portals, and Gen AI-enabled tools), and enabling data-driven decision-making. The role acts as the bridge between business functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience) and technology teams, and is accountable for the end-to-end digitisation of the pre-sales and sales journey — from lead generation through to conversion — while accelerating operational excellence, enhancing customer experience, and supporting organisational growth through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation Strategy

- Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps for the sales and pre-sales function, aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, digitisation, and emerging technologies such as Gen AI.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define transformation priorities and success metrics.
- Drive adoption of digital-first practices across the sales, marketing and service functions.

Sales & Pre-Sales Digitization

- Own the EV Commercial Vehicle pre-sales digitisation process end-to-end, including CRM (Salesforce) and mobile application rollout.
- Digitise the marketing lead-generation process leveraging Generative AI for portfolio analysis and targeting.
- Create and own the product roadmap for all digital products (portals and websites) supporting sales and pre-sales.
- Analyse and streamline existing sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.

Business Process Excellence

- Analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and customer experience.
- Implement best practices for workflow optimisation and standardisation.
- Track and measure process performance through KPIs and dashboards.

Technology & Solution Implementation

- Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of digital platforms and business applications, including CRM, sales automation platforms and analytics tools.
- Manage implementation of low-code/no-code solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise systems.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet business, security, and compliance requirements, including data privacy (DPDPA).

Data Analytics & Reporting





- Champion data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
- Design and implement management dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Leverage analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Improve data quality, governance, and accessibility.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key liaison between business functions (Sales, Marketing, CX) and technology teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution reviews; prepare BRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Build strong relationships with leadership teams to drive transformation adoption.
- Manage change management and user adoption activities, including impact and risk analysis.

Project & Program Management

- Lead cross-functional digital projects from conceptualisation to deployment.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project risks and ensure timely delivery of outcomes, including UAT sign-off.
- Report progress, benefits realisation, and ROI to senior management.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

- Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, Generative AI, RPA, IoT, and advanced analytics.
- Identify use cases that create measurable business value in the sales and pre-sales journey.
- Conduct pilots and proof-of-concepts for innovative solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Profile

1. Work closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service and operations to understand business needs and objectives, translating them into actionable product requirements, BRDs, user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
2. Evaluate, select, and implement digital tools and technologies that enhance the sales and pre-sales process, including CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud), sales automation platforms, mobile applications, and analytics / Gen AI tools.
3. Create and own the product roadmap for all digital products (mobile applications, portals and websites) supporting EV pre-sales and sales digitisation, in line with business requirements.
4. Analyse and streamline existing sales and service processes, identifying areas for improvement, automation, and Gen AI-led digitisation (e.g.



marketing lead-generation and portfolio analysis).
5. Collaborate with the design team to create the best user experience for product features and co-design UI mock-ups and wireframes; work closely with engineering through the full product development lifecycle from concept to commercial launch.
6. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital products, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-off.
7. Lead change management processes and execute impact analysis to identify, analyse, and prepare risk-mitigation tactics that improve product strategy and drive user adoption.
8. Ensure digital products and processes are designed and implemented in alignment with data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g. DPDPA).

Experience

6 to 10 years of overall experience, with demonstrated exposure to digital transformation / sales-process digitization, ideally within automotive, EV, or allied manufacturing businesses.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g. Mechanical, Computer Science, Auto Manufacturing).
2. MBA / PGDM (IT or Systems) or equivalent qualification preferred.
3. Solid analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
