Join Us as Manager, DevOps! We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps and cloud infrastructure function. In this role, you will build and develop a high-performing team while driving automation, operational excellence, and modern engineering practices. You will play a critical role in ensuring our applications and infrastructure remain secure, scalable, reliable, and highly available, enabling the business to deliver technology solutions efficiently and confidently.

Responsibilities

Lead and Develop the DevOps Function

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure engineers.
- Establish team goals, performance expectations, and measurable outcomes.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Support employee growth through coaching, mentoring, career development, and regular feedback.

Drive DevOps Strategy and Engineering Excellence

- Define and execute the organizations DevOps strategy, roadmap, and engineering standards.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and configuration management practices.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms that improve engineering productivity and operational reliability.
- Balance technical debt, operational risk, business priorities, and engineering capacity.

Build and Operate Secure, Scalable Infrastructure

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for cloud operations, system reliability, observability, performance, and availability.
- Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery,



business continuity, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Manage cloud infrastructure costs and identify opportunities for optimization.

Improve Delivery, Reliability, and Operational Performance

- Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management capabilities.
- Lead root-cause analysis activities and ensure corrective and preventative actions are completed following major incidents.
- Establish and track operational metrics including deployment frequency, lead time, availability, reliability, and recovery time.

Partner Across the Organization

- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Product teams to improve software delivery and operational efficiency.
- Promote DevSecOps practices, including security controls, vulnerability management, access management, and compliance requirements.
- Develop documentation, standards, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers as needed.
- Communicate technical risks, opportunities, and recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Who You Are





You are a hands-on technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for building high-performing teams. You have experience implementing contemporary DevOps practices and creating scalable, reliable cloud environments while enabling engineering teams to deliver at speed and with quality.

If you have

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), systems engineering, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform, including AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, pipelines, and deployment practices.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar platforms.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, databases, and distributed systems.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response practices.
- Working knowledge of security principles and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Git and modern software development workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
