Job Summary

The person with this role will be responsible for ensuring that the organization meets its objectives of data acquisition and management. This person will also be responsible for keeping the entire team motivated and ensuring that the individual and team targets are met.

Responsibilities

- Manage the team working on the presentation of data to the visitors of our property portal

- Prepare the strategy for project acquisition for on boarding them on our property portal

- Work on extracting highest efficiency through the team by optimising workflows

- Work on making strategy for Quality checks and smooth transfer of information from the data gathering team to our knowledge bank

- Ensure through processes that the data management meets the business requirements

Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Strong business analysis and problem solving skills





- Prior experience of working on critical and complex data sets
- A graduate/post-graduate degree in computer engineering from a Tier-1 institution
- A track record of transforming business objectives into smaller tasks and effectively communicating them to the business and technical teams

Personal Characteristics

- Leadership skills - able to motivate the team and achieve organizational objectives

- Solid written/verbal communication and data presentation skills
