We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience to oversee our day-to-day accounting, financial compliance, and reporting operations. In this role, you will ensure statutory alignment, manage taxation filings, lead statutory and internal audits, and provide key financial data to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and finalize monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow analysis.
- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely compliance and filing for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC guidelines.
- Auditing: Coordinate, execute, and lead statutory and internal audit processes to reduce data discrepancies.
- Operations: Oversee accounts payable/receivable,



ledger reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and ensure internal financial controls.
- Team Supervision: Guide and monitor junior accountants, bookkeepers, and article assistants Requirements & Skills
- Education: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Software Expertise: Highly proficient in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting systems, alongside advanced MS Excel skills.
- Core Knowledge: Strong command over local tax laws, statutory compliance, and accounting standards (such as Ind AS / IFRS).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
