Work Arrangement: Head Office / Hybrid with travel across clinic rollout locations

Role Overview The Manager – Clinic Rollout will be responsible for managing multiple clinic projects from site possession to opening readiness and Operations handover. The role will focus on standardised clinic layouts, contractor coordinati

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Rollout Planning

- Manage the delivery calendar for assigned clinics from possession to opening.
- Track multiple sites simultaneously and monitor project milestones, dependencies, and delays.
- Take corrective and recovery actions to ensure timely completion.

2. Standard Layout & Design Coordination

- Coordinate with the Design & Standards team to adapt standard clinic layouts according to individual site requirements.
- Ensure minimum deviations from approved layouts and specifications.
- Review drawings and ensure proper implementation at site.

3. BOQ, Specifications & Cost Control

- Maintain standard BOQs, specifications, approved makes, and rate references.
- Coordinate with Procurement for material requirements and sourcing.
- Monitor project cost, cost per square foot, and site-wise cost variance.

4. Contractor Management

- Coordinate with assigned turnkey/lump-sum contractors for multiple clinic projects.
- Work with AGM – Projects and Procurement for contractor allocation.
- Monitor contractor capacity, performance, commitments, and delivery timelines.

5. Site Execution & Quality Control

- Monitor workmanship, material quality, and execution against approved drawings and specifications.
- Track contractor progress against the agreed project schedule.
- Identify delays, quality issues, and deviations and ensure timely corrective action.

Approvals & Opening Readiness

- Track site-specific requirements related to fire, healthcare registration, signage, property management, and other applicable approvals.
- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and relevant specialists for required compliances.
- Ensure all requirements are completed before opening.

7. Project Coordination & Installation

- Coordinate with Furniture, Equipment, IT, Biomedical, and other support teams.
- Ensure installation and deliveries are aligned with the actual site execution schedule.
- Avoid delays caused by interdepartmental dependencies.

8. Handover & Defect Management

- Conduct readiness reviews before handover.
- Ensure testing, documentation, snag closure, and Operations handover are completed.
- Track defects during the agreed Defect Liability Period (DLP) and ensure timely closure.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, B.Arch, or Diploma with relevant experience.
- Additional certification in Project Management/Construction Management will be an advantage.

Relevant Experience

- 7–11 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, rollout, or project management.
- Experience in managing multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
- Experience with turnkey/lump-sum contractors.
- Experience in multi-unit clinic, healthcare, retail, QSR, banking, or similar rollout environments will be preferred.

- Timely completion of site-level milestones.
- Number of snags/defects and closure within agreed timelines.
- Contractor performance and adherence to committed timelines.
- Smooth and complete Operations handover.

Initial Priorities After Joining

First 30 Days

- Understand the standard clinic template, BOQs, specifications, active projects, and key dependencies.
- Review ongoing and upcoming clinic rollout projects.

By 60 Days

- Establish site-wise rollout calendars and contractor allocation.
- Implement a structured opening-readiness and project tracking system.

By 90 Days

- Establish regular project reviews and handover controls.
- Identify recurring site issues and provide feedback to improve the standard clinic format and rollout process.

Role Boundary

This is an internal clinic rollout and project-control role. Contractors will remain responsible for site execution and labour management. Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other respective departments will retain their authorised responsibilities for procurement, compliance, approvals, payments, and other related matters.

Compensation

Salary will be decided by HR based on the candidate's relevant experience, expertise, and suitability, as per company policy.
